PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform driving assist by an image with a simple composition. SOLUTION: Six camera units 10F, 10FL, 10FR, 10B, 10BL, 10BR are respectively arranged around a vehicle 1 to shoot images of the whole circumference. Images from the respective camera units 10F, 10FL, 10FR, 10B, 10BL, 10BR are combined and displayed on a display screen of an information display 74, which makes it possible to confirm the safety of the whole vehicle circumference on one screen. In cooperation with a back sonar 17 and a corner sensor 18, etc., warning telop is displayed on a screen corresponding to a direction in which an obstacle is detected, or the color of the screen is changed.
