PURPOSE: A hot water boiler is provided to reduce the manufacturing cost due to the small volume and simplified structure. CONSTITUTION: A hot water boiler(100) comprises a water tank(110), an immersed heating pipe(120) which is vertically immersed in the water tank to allow circulating water in the water tank to be entered into, carried through and discharged from the immersed heating pipe, a metal pipe heater unit assembly(130) which heats the circulating water flowing through the space with the immersion heating tube, a plate type heat exchange unit(150) which transfers heat to hot water while the circulating water flows, and a circulating pump(160) which is installed in the cycle of the circulating water in order to give a feed force.
