<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable article, provided with a top sheet having coating of lotion on the outside surface, which moves to the skin of a user, and reduces attachment of BM to the skin of the user, thus facilitating cleaning and removal of BM. <P>SOLUTION: The disposable article is provided with (A) liquid impermeable back sheet, (B) a liquid permeable hydrophilic top sheet, joined to the back sheet, and having the inner surface and the outer surface, wherein at least part of the outer surface of the top sheet includes lotion coating of an effective quantity, the effective quantity is measured by effect of reducing attachment of feces to the skin of the user, the lotion coating is semi-solid or solid at 20°C and partially moves to the skin of the user, and (C) an absorption core disposed between the top sheet and the back sheet. The lotion coating is applied to the liquid permeable top sheet in a specific pattern, while a plurality of sections of the top sheet does not have lotion composition on them. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
