摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection molding machine which can detect a time when a back flow check valve is closed and surely detect a failure in the normal closing of the back flow check valve, without intensifying the back flow of a resin during injection and without being influenced by the response characteristics of a control system to control the retention of a screw rotary angle. Ž<P>SOLUTION: During an injection process, an estimated screw rotary angle θ(n)<SB>free</SB>is calculated and stored, using the screw rotary drive force T and the screw rotary angle θ, and the calculated estimated screw rotary angle is displayed in a display. The indication that the estimated screw rotary angle θ(n)<SB>free</SB>is at a standstill, is regarded as the closure of the flow back check valve, and this state is shown in the display. Next, the physical quantity, when the back flow check valve is closed, is obtained, and then it is determined whether the injection is completed and the back flow check valve is closed during the injection or not. When the check valve is not closed, the fact that the check valve is not closed, is shown in the display, and an alarm to the effect that the determined product quality is non-conforming, is output.
