PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly and accurately set the polarizing direction of a polarizing means. SOLUTION: An analyzer 28 of an analyzer device 51 is disposed in a body part 61 so as to freely rotate around an optical axis, and the polarizing direction as the vibrating direction of transmitted light is rotated with the rotation of the analyzer around the optical axis. A dial 62 is disposed on the body part 61 so as to freely rotate around a vertical axis passing through the center of the dial 62, and the analyzer 28 is rotated around the optical axis with the rotation of the dial 62. On the name plate 63 stuck on the surface of the dial 62, arrows 63a to 63h showing the polarizing directions of the analyzer 28 set according to the positions in the rotating direction of the dial 62 are displayed.
