CHAIR TYPE MASSAGE MACHINE

A chair type massage machine, wherein detachable treating units can be easily mounted to a backrest section, the position of the treating units at which position a person to be treated is treated can be adjusted with the treating units mounted in position, and the chair type massage machine is compact when the treating units are removed therefrom. A chair type massage machine (1) is provided with separate left and right treating units (7A) detachably mounted to left and right side portions of a backrest section (3), and also with lock mechanisms (110) for fixing the treating units (7A) in a fixed state.  The lock mechanisms (110) each have a guide pin (support projection) (111), a release lever (operating section) (112), and a lock arm (engaging section) (113).
