<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor system in which a data transfer rate equal to one chip LSI is attained at low cost. <P>SOLUTION: This semiconductor device includes: an internal clock generating circuit which receives a clock signal from the outside as an input signal and supplies internal clock signals; a clock transmission terminal which is arranged at one side of a chip and outputs the internal clock signals; a plurality of input/output terminals which are arranged at one side of the chip; a control clock generating circuit which generates input/output control clock signals based on the internal clock signals; a plurality of input/output circuits which outputs the data to the outside and receives the date from the outside through the input/output terminals, synchronizing with the input/output control clock signals; and a plurality of connection wirings with the same length which connect the control clock generating circuit to each of the plurality of input/output circuits. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
