<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small load-sensitive continuously variable transmission mechanism having a simple structure. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The mechanism includes a main shaft 11 having a spiral thread with a predetermined pitch, and a vibration transmission body 12 having a screw hole 13 with a spiral screw groove having the same pitch as the screw thread of the main shaft 11, to receive the vibration from a vibration generating device such as a motor 14, etc. The diameter of the screw thread of the main shaft 11 is configured to be smaller than the diameter of the screw groove of the screw hole 13. The main shaft 11 is eccentrically screwed into the screw hole 13 with a clearance. The vibration transmission body 12 is moved in a circle by the vibration supplied from the vibration generating device such as the motor 14, etc., and is linearly moved in the axial direction by rotating the main shaft 11 at a rotational speed corresponding to the load applied to the main shaft 11, and by screwing the screw thread into the screw groove.
