A method for evaluation of efficiency of treatment of patients with ischemic heart disease with stenocardia and aarterial hypertensia with Nimodypine comprises the comparison of patients prior to after treatment. Prior to the treatment with Nimodypine the blood is sampled in a patient in rest from the elbow vein and liquid properties of blood are determined by measurement of blood viscosity on rotational viscosimeterpe at various displacement pressures. Further after treatment with Nimodypine the blood sampling from the elbow vein is made and similar research is performed. Thus, if viscosity of blood at corresponding displacement pressure will decrease in comparison with pressure prior to treatment, than the hemoreological result and antianginal effect are evaluated as positive.
