The invention relates to a method for accessing a customised computer file containing technical data such as medical data and highly confidential nominative data. The method comprises implementing an agent for generating the customised computer file (DMN) contained in a storage device (20) such as a biometric USB key. The storage device (20) further contains an encryption/decryption file and a matching table (PLT) of the links between the nominative data and an anonymous identifier (IDA). The generation of the customised computer file including DMN data further implements: a database on a first server (DMA, 300) containing only anonymous information encrypted with said encryption key and related to said anonymous identifier (IDA), except any nominative-type information; a set of tables on a second server (TSB, 400) including data for updating said tables (PLT) and encrypted using said encryption key; a document database on a third server (GED 500) including attached items contained in said customised file indexed via said anonymous identifier (IDA), and encrypted using said encryption key contained in said storage device (20).
