<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic document management system, a browsing terminal equipment and an electronic document management program, for coping with the leakage of an electronic document or the leakage of a password regardless of the possibility/impossibility of network connection. <P>SOLUTION: As for the electronic document 30, the expiration date of document browsing is recorded in a password storage part 34, and as for a management server 10, the password of the electronic document is stored in a password storage part 18.
