PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recover a cell suspension containing cell groups removed from unnecessary components by efficiently washing the cell groups. SOLUTION: There is provided a centrifugation vessel 1 which comprises a cylindrical vessel body 2 storing a cell suspension and capable of being rotated a bottom 2a in the radial direction outside, a supernatant suction pipe 4 set with a first opening hole 4a on a midway in depth direction of the vessel body 2 and sucking a supernatant C, obtained by centrifuging the cell suspension, from the first opening hole 4a in the radial direction of the vessel body 2, and a second opening hole 3a at a midway position in the depth direction of the vessel body 2, and is equipped with a washing liquid discharge pipe 3 discharging a washing liquid B from the second opening hole 3a to the bottom 2a of the vessel body 2, and a stirring element 6 set at the bottom 2a vicinity of the vessel body 2 and rotated and driven with the washing liquid B discharged from the second opening hole 3a of the washing liquid discharge pipe 3.
