<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball loading device in which ball existence density in a central portion and a peripheral portion of a ball suction head can be made uniform and the time of suction to the ball suction head can be shortened regardless of an increase of an air suction amount of the ball suction head in the ball suction head having a large number of pins. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The ball loading device 1 includes a ball storing section 14 for storing balls 2, a bouncing mechanism (bouncing unit 4) for bouncing the balls 2 from a ball bouncing surface (vibration plate) of the ball storing section 14, and a ball suction head 5 for attracting and sucking the balls 2 bounced by the bouncing mechanism so that the balls 2 sucked by the ball suction head 5 are mounted to an object loaded with the balls 2. In the ball loading device, the bouncing mechanism bounces the balls 2 so that the existence density of the balls 2 is higher in the peripheral portion of the ball bouncing surface (vibration plate) than in its central portion.
