<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem: when a sealing agent is cured with ultraviolet rays, a pixel part and a liquid crystal are irradiated with the ultraviolet rays, the characteristic variation of a pixel transistor and the degradation in the organic material of the liquid crystal or the like occur and consequently a liquid crystal panel generates display irregularity defects. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The liquid crystal panel sealing tool 1 individually holds upwards the injection port of the liquid crystal panel to which liquid crystal is injected, applies an ultraviolet ray curing resin to the injection port, which is irradiated with ultraviolet rays and seals the injection port. Regarding the liquid crystal panel sealing tool, the side face above the sealing material forming the injection port of the liquid crystal panel is exposed, and it is structured such that the ultraviolet rays with which the area from the side face of the liquid crystal panel sealing tool side face to the injection port is irradiated are not reflected, and is not brought into contact with the display area of the liquid crystal panel 10.
