PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pitch conversion device for converting a pitch of singer's voice to a pitch of a musical piece so as to be aligned, by calculating misalignment of the pitch of singer's voice from the pitch of a musical piece. SOLUTION: The pitch conversion device comprises: a first pitch extracting device 60 for sequentially extracting the pitch of a voice signal which is input from a microphone 10; a second pitch extracting device 50 in which a melody data 41 of a musical piece data 40 including the melody data 41 is input, and which sequentially extracts the pitch of the melody data 41; a pitch conversion amount calculating device 70 for calculating a pitch conversion amount for converting the pitch of the voice signal to the pitch of the melody data 41, from the pitch of the voice signal and the pitch of the melody data 41; and a pitch conversion device 30 for converting the pitch of the voice signal to the pitch of the melody data 41, by a signal which is output from the pitch conversion amount calculating device 70.
