STENT

A stent (1) consisting of a stent body (2) in which struts (S) are bonded mutually while intersecting and which is formed tubularly as a whole, and a medicine coat layer (10) formed by coating the outer surface of the struts (S) is characterized in that the strut (S) has a bend (K) which is deformed as the stent body (2) expands/contracts in the radiating direction, and the medicine coat layer (10) with which the bend (k) is coated is formed in such a manner that the strut (S) has a conical cross-section perpendicular to the axis and the ridge line (R) of the cone extends in the longitudinal direction of the strut (S) while waving.  The medicine coat layer deforms easily without using plasticizer as the stent deforms and does not cause such a problem as peeling, destruction, damage or falling.
