PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing apparatus that gathers operation history information on a plurality of tasks without performing exclusive control. SOLUTION: An information processing system 1 includes a log generation module 502 and a task log recoding area 112 for each task. In each task, a log generation module 502 generates log information according to the operation of the task, and the generated log information is recorded in a task log recording area 112. A log gathering module 510 of a log gathering task gathers log information from the task log recording area 112 of the task, and the gathered log information is recorded in a whole log recording area 114.
