The invention relates to the safety devices for rail transport. A device for prevention swinging over of the tank with dangerous goods at transportation by railway has a shield attached to a platform of tank and located in the centre of conditional transverse vertical plane passing through said platform. On the shield a device of pendulum principle of action is installed. The latter contains a weight with the first rod, the upper part of which is articulated with the horizontally mounted second rod of insulating material. The second rod is located in a tube of insulating material with slots; metal pins are attached on it that are capable to move in the slots. To the tube within the slots contact plates are attached with possibility of interaction with the pins. Said plates are connected by wires with a power switch of a transmitter of electromagnetic or radio waves made with possibility of transmission of the latter to the receiver installed in the driver's cab of locomotive. The invention provides for monitoring exceeding admissible vibrations of the tank during movement of the train regardless of the track quality.
