摘要 Meat cutlets comprise pork, bulb onion, eggs, salt. Poultry meat boned mechanically, beef of the first or second grade or trimmed beef meat, fat pork or lard are used as the raw meat material. They are supplemented with blanched (soaked) groats or bread, semolina (for breading), dried garlic as the raw vegetable materials, water, mixture on the basis of natural spices, seasoning and oleoresins, food additives on the basis acidity regulators, looseners, emulsifying agents, antioxidants, taste enhancers, food colourants.
