PURPOSE: A program creation/method of debugging and apparatus using the virtual platform is provided so that as to the process of writing out the program and amending, compile and link running time are reduced. Debugging is processed efficiently. CONSTITUTION: It arranges the code and data included in the object file and the ELF(Executable/Loadable File) generating unit(250A) links. ELF is created. A link-type object generating unit(250B) the readjusted source file the compile. A link-type object including the necessary information in the simulation is created.
