An apparatus for vulcanizing tyre casings contain at least one steam chamber with a vertically movable lid, an end switch for lifting and lowering the lid, pipes folded along the length, which are connected with the cavity of steam chamber, and at the inlets for process agents and vacuum are equipped with locking diaphragm valves connected thereto for controlling electro-pneumatic valves, it is equipped with an air receiver installed in the upper part of the lid of steam chamber and connected with a cavity of the latter by one of pipes folded lengthwise, and an electro-magnet of electro-pneumatic valve controlling the locking diaphragm valve of pipe at inlet to the vacuum circuit is included in the circuit of end controlling switch to limit lifting the lid of steam chamber. To reduce the toxicity of the working area a vacuum suction facility is also installed in the base of chamber that enables to pump out harmful gases and steam by 2 times faster. |
