The tool has a percussion tool exhibiting a point of destruction of glass panes and a rear belt cutter (3). The tool is designed as a flat base plate (1) with a grip hole (2) for passing a finger i.e. index finger, and gripping surfaces (14, 16, 17, 20) for the fingers. The belt cutter and tungsten carbide points (6, 7, 13) are arranged at narrow side of the base plate and in an area of a front extension (23) and an extension (25) of the base plate. A light source (5) i.e. LED, is arranged in upper area of the base plate.
