The hinge (10) has a hinge bushing (12), and a hinge pin (16) rotatably supportable in the hinge bushing. A damping element (22) is provided in an area between the hinge bushing and the hinge pin. The damping element is arranged in a recess of the hinge pin, where a sub area of the damping element is elevated with respect to a lateral surface (24) of the hinge pin. The sub area of the damping element is bought in contact with a groove (26) in an inner surface (28) of the hinge bushing, where the damping element comprises a base body made of a polymer material.
