<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell component which is subjected to a surface treatment capable of effectively suppressing ion elution from a defect such as a pin hole without increasing an electric resistance (particularly, a contact resistance with GDL which is large by ratio). <P>SOLUTION: The fuel cell component 5 includes: a metallic substrate 31; an intermediate layer 32 including a filler 41, which is disposed on the surface of the substrate 31 and is higher in water repellency than the substrate 31; and a surface treatment layer 33 which is disposed on the surface of the intermediate layer 32, and is higher in corrosion resistance than the substrate 31 and higher in conductivity than the intermediate layer 32. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
