PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that while an information processor for preventing illegal use is generally configured to store information to be used for user authentication/access control, and to execute the user authentication/access control in the information processor, it is difficult to cope with various user authentication methods. SOLUTION: An authentication device 101 is provided with: a user authentication information input part 401 for inputting user authentication information; a user authentication processing part 402 for executing user authentication on the basis of the user authentication information; an access control processing part 403 for determining an available function on the basis of the authenticated user information; and an access control command transmission part 404 for transmitting a command on the basis of the determination. The information processor is provided with: an access control command reception part 502 for receiving the command and an access control management part 503 for executing access control on the basis of the information related with the available function designated by the command.
