PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular steering control device detecting abnormalities of a steering angle early not by steering in an ignition-off time. SOLUTION: The vehicular steering control device is provided with a steering angle detection means 10 detecting the steering angle, a motor angle detection means 17 detecting a rotation angle of a steering auxiliary motor 7, a motor drive instruction means 15 instructing a motor to drive in an ignition-on time, a steering angular velocity estimation means 18 estimating the steering angular velocity based on the output of the motor angle detection means during the drive of the motor by the motor drive instruction means, a steering angular velocity detection means 16 detecting the steering angular velocity based on the output of the steering angle detection means during the drive of the motor by the drive instruction, a deviation calculating means 19 outputting the absolute value of deviation between the output of the steering angular velocity detection means and the output of the steering angular velocity estimation means, and a steering angle abnormality detection means 20 detecting abnormalities of the steering angle detection means in the case where the output of the deviation calculating means becomes a predetermined threshold value or more during the drive of the motor by the drive instruction.
