PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a zoom lens barrel where a straight advance guiding groove of a first straight advance barrel can be formed in a fixed barrel without parting a cam formed in the fixed barrel. SOLUTION: The zoom lens barrel includes: a plurality of lens groups 101, 201, 301 and 401; a cam barrel 501 on which a cam for moving the plurality of lens groups in an optical axis direction is formed; and the fixed barrel 505 in which the cam for engaging the cam barrel 501 is formed. The zoom lens barrel includes: the first straight advance barrel 403 which is engaged with the cam formed on the cam barrel 501 and guided to straight advance by the fixed barrel 505, and the second straight advance barrel 502 which guides the plurality of lens groups to straight advance in the optical axis direction.
