PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device and image processing system that reduce complicated operations of a user and prevent a wrong image area from being selected by the user simply and quickly. SOLUTION: An image processing device includes: an input means for inputting an image signal output from an imaging apparatus; a first display means for displaying an image at a first position on a monitor on the basis of the image signal; an area specification means for specifying a plurality of optional areas from the image displayed by the first display means; a processing control means for applying predetermined processing to an image in any one of the plurality of areas predetermined by the area specification means; a second display means for displaying a plurality of area frames corresponding to the plurality of areas predetermined by the area specification means while superimposing them on the image; a third display means for displaying a mark set for each area at a second position different from the first position on the monitor; a selection means for selecting the mark displayed by the third display means; and a cancel means for canceling the area corresponding to the mark selected by the selection means.
