<p>Described is a solar concentrator of parabolic channel which does not require continuous surveillance, the metallic structure thereof being modular and having a metallic structure with a base fixed to the ground by screws that provide rigidity to low-weight steel structural modules supported on the reflecting surface with parabolic profile, the mirror finish surface being attached by bearings to the axis that join the modules with the bases, and being metal made, flexible, easily handled, with a special cover for protecting the same against sunbeams, it is adjusted to the curvature of the structure that forms a parabola, said attachment being performed by a weather-resistant adhesive and stainless steel screws, which maintain the curvature of the surface; the modules have steel profile supports that support the receptive axis which is in the parabola focus, the receptor comprising a paint coal steel tube with a black selective surface of high resistance and low emittance covered by a transparent enlarged concentric pipe, which is resistant to abrupt temperature changes; the receptor axis is joint to the structure by means of flexible supports of low volumetric expansion, resistant to high temperatures and weather effects. Each end portion of the receptor axis is attached to two flexible hoses of high thermal resistance. The suntrack system is automatic and includes a servormotor of low power consumption and high torque, which is attached to a mechanical actuating arm by a gear system, thus allowing a linear motion to be performed upon moving a warm, said linear motion being transformed into a an angular movement by means of the flexible joint of the actuating arm with a mechanical shaft made of steel which avoids deformations and transfers the angular motion to the structure that supports the reflecting surface.</p> |
