摘要 <p>The glass machine comprises a glass feeder, a glass melt container with a discharge opening, a plunger, which is connected with an electric drive motor, and a rotary table directly or indirectly connected downstream to the glass melt container, with glass mold or to another processing device. The rotary table for rotatable movement is connected with the electric drive motor. The electric drive motor of the plunger and/or the rotary table is formed as direct drive. A stator of the drive motor is formed from a stator segment that comprises a soft magnetic core (14), and coil windings (15). The glass machine comprises a glass feeder, a glass melt container with a discharge opening, a plunger, which is connected with an electric drive motor, and a rotary table directly or indirectly connected downstream to the glass melt container, with glass mold or to another processing device. The rotary table for rotatable movement is connected with the electric drive motor. The electric drive motor of the plunger and/or the rotary table is formed as direct drive. A stator of the drive motor is formed from a stator segment that comprises a soft magnetic core (14), and coil windings (15) arranged in grooves. The core comprises through-holes arranged parallel to the groove. The through-holes are reached through a cooling device that is formed as a body flow throughable by a coolant and forms a section of a heat exchanger flow throughable by the coolant. The cooling device represents a fixing mechanism for the core, which comprises coil cores that are separated from one another by grooves. The distance to external edge of the through-holes from the pedal line of the groove is 0.8-1 time of the width of the coil windings. The core comprises n coil windings and m through-holes, where n is larger or equal to m and the ratio of n and m is 1.5. The cross-sectional area of the through-holes comprises a diameter that is larger than the width of the coil windings or maximum 50% or is smaller than the width of the coil windings. The core forms the housing of the stator segments and is fixed on the cooling device through traction or material closure. The mantle area of the cooling device is formed sectionally with overdimension to the corresponding interior measure of the through-holes. The part interval of two through-holes is unequal to the part interval with cooling device cooperating with two through-holes. An annular flow space for the coolant is formed between the internal wall of the through-holes and external wall of the cooling device. The core is formed from laminations arranged above one another and is made of plastic material in which soft magnetic particles are imbedded. The core is formed from soft magnetic ceramic material. The electric drive motor is a linear motor, arc motor or rotation motor.</p>
