PURPOSE: A double packing box is provided, which makes goods protected from the external shock although impact is added from the outside. CONSTITUTION: A double packing box comprises an inside main body(200), an outside body(300), an inside lid(400), and an outside lid(500). The inside main body functions as the elastic wing having the outgoing elasticity while surrounding the outside of the fastening wing. In the outside body, the inside main body is accepted to the space between the sidewalls and the lower wall of the inside main body and is fixed in the upper side of the lower wall. In the inside lid, the sidewall corresponding to the elastic wing of the inside main body is closed attached to the elastic wing.
