PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition for skin care is provided to supply rich nutrition to the skin using peach and honey and relieve dermatitis without side effects. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for skin care contains 20-30 weight parts of peach and 20-30 weight parts of honey based on 100.0 weight parts of mud. The mud is obtained by pulverizing mudstone. The cosmetic composition is used in the form of skin, lotion, cream, essence, shampoo, cleanser, soap, baby powder, and pack. A method for manufacturing the cosmetic composition comprises: a step of mixing peach juice with honey to obtain first mixture; a step of maturing the first mixture; a step of mixing 40-60 weight parts of first mixture with 100.0 weight parts of mud to obtain a second mixture; and a step of maturing the second mixture.
