PURPOSE: A shock absorbing road stud and a construction method thereof are provided to be shrunk due to the passage of a vehicle and be restored due to elastic force. CONSTITUTION: A shock absorbing road stud comprises a case(100), a reflection part(200), a fixation part(300), and a support(400). A reflector(230) is attached to the incline(220) of the reflection part. An insertion part(320) inserted into a joint(240) is formed in the fixation part. A leg part(330) of the fixation part is inserted into the support. The support inserts the fixing member(410) into a fixing hole(120).
