PURPOSE: An automatic constant flow control apparatus considering a heating load is provided to prevent overflow to other rooms when stopping heating a specific room. CONSTITUTION: An automatic constant flow control apparatus considering a heating load comprises a supply pipe(2) through which hot water is provided to households, hot water pipelines(4) which are connected to the supply pipe and diverged to each room, recovery lines(5) which are connected to the respective hot water pipelines to recover heat-exchanged hot water, a recovery pipe(7) through which the flows of the recovery lines are collected and discharged, a temperature regulator(110) which is installed in each room, a driver(120) which is installed in each recovery line and opens or closes the path of the recovery line according to electric signals, a variable flow valve(200) which is installed in the supply pipe or the recovery pipe to control the flow rate according to electric signals, and a controller(130) which controls the variable flow valve according to input signals from the temperature regulator.
