PURPOSE: An apparatus for pre-processing excrements and livestock wastewater is provided to improve processing efficiency of an aeration tank by guiding oxidation, and to increase reaction rates of the wastewater with microorganisms by impact friction. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for pre-processing excrements and livestock wastewater includes the following: an impact friction part(20) making impact fraction in the wastewater with a plurality of balls(26); a curved portion conduit line(30) performing first dispersion operation and installed on a transfer progressive direction of the impact friction part; a vortex dispersion part(60) performing vortex and second dispersion operation by a dispersing board(62); an air supply part(40) supplying the air and installed on the front surface of the vortex dispersion part; and an air compression part(70) supplying the compressed air. |
