PURPOSE: A semi-automatic transmission device is provided to facilitate installation and maintenance and improve drive environment by preventing excessive clutch manipulation. CONSTITUTION: A semi-automatic transmission device comprises a second switch(SW2), a clutch fixing unit(110), a third switch(SW3), and a drawing unit. The second switch is turned off when an acceleration lever(11) is pressurized. The switch is turned on when the acceleration lever is not pressurized. The clutch fixing unit is formed on the lower part of a clutch lever(31). The third switch is electrically connected to the second switch and is turned on in normal. The third switch is turned off when a clutch lever is fixed by the clutch fixing unit.
