PURPOSE: A method for controlling a warm water route of a double heat efficiency absorption type refrigerating machine is provided to improve cooling ability by always keeping a large temperature difference more than a constant temperature. CONSTITUTION: A high efficiency absorption type refrigerating machine comprises an evaporator, an absorber, a secondary absorber, a first regenerator, a second regenerator, a secondary regeneration, a condenser, a high-temperature heat exchanger, a low-temperature heat exchanger, a sub heat-exchanger, a solution heat exchanger, an air extraction apparatus, an electric motor, a refrigerant pump, a solution pump, a monitoring unit, a first hot water outlet, and a first warm water gate. A low efficiency absorption type refrigerating machine comprises the evaporator, the absorber, the regenerator, the condenser, the solution heat exchanger, the air extraction apparatus, the refrigerant pump, the solution pump, the monitoring unit, and a second warm water gate. The second warm water gate is connected to a first route of a first warm water inlet which flows into the regenerator. The inflow of the warm water from the high efficiency absorption type refrigerating machine is controlled by using a first serial/parallel regulating valve as a medium. The first serial/parallel regulating valve controls a connecting vessel system of a second warm water gate and a second route. The inflow of the warm water from the high efficiency absorption type refrigerating machine is controlled by using a fourth serial/parallel regulating valve as a medium.
