<p>FIELD: agriculture. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, namely to livestock sector. Method for production of safe lamb includes feeding lambs from ewe for 3-4 months of suckling period, feeding ewe fodder in suckling period with a normative content of nutrient substances, feeding additional nutrition to lambs in suckling period in addition to breast milk according to norms of feeding. The novelty is the fact that ewe in lactation period and lambs in the age from two months and to the moment of slaughter intended for production of lamb additionally to normative feeding receive biologically active substance iodine-casein in the form of its aqueous solution with concentration of 0.2 mg %. ^ EFFECT: production of safe lamb with low radionuclides and toxic elements content in lamb meat. ^ 3 ex, 1 tbl</p> |
