<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base-isolated building capable of detecting a positional deviation state of upper and lower skeletons in a non-contact manner after end of earthquake. <P>SOLUTION: The base-isolated building 1 for reducing earthquake movement by interposing a quake-absorbing member 5 between an upper structure 2 and a lower structure 3 includes the non-contact type detection means 35 for the positional deviation of the skeletons between the upper structure 2 and the lower structure 3. The building furthermore includes a control device 50 for raising an alarm when a positional deviation value between the upper structure 2 and the lower structure 3 detected by the detection means 35 for the positional deviation of the skeletons after the earthquake exceeds a set value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
