PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely divide event data including a plurality of systems into data of each system. SOLUTION: An event interval classification part 13 classifies the interval of the adjacent events of event data 2 obtained by a data reading part 11 by using thresholds T1 and T2. A system candidate generation part 12 divides the event data 2 with the interval beyond the threshold 1, and generates system candidates. A system candidate division part 14 classifies the system candidates into first system candidates whose all intervals are equal to or less than the threshold T2 and the remaining, second system candidates. An inhibition pattern generation part 15 generates an inhibition pattern "X→Y" based on the first system candidates. An inhibition pattern appearance place extraction part 16 detects each inhibition pattern appearance place in the second system candidates. A system candidate division part 14 divides the second system candidates at division places for eliminating the largest inhibition pattern appearance places, and generates the system.
