<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sample material supplying apparatus capable of selecting one kind of a sample material from a plurality of kinds of sample materials and supplying it so that the plurality of sample materials may not be mixed with each other with a simple configuration. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The inside of a sequence forming path 45 is decompressed, the sample material S, air A and pressurized water W are supplied in the order, and a sequence part comprising the order of the pressurized water W, the air A, the sample material S, the air A and the pressurized water W is formed. Then, the pressurized water W is supplied to the sequence forming path 45 by a first pressurized water supply means 3 and the sequence part is sent out from the sequence forming path 45 to a supply path 48. Then, the pressurized water W is supplied to the supply path 48 by a second pressurized water supply means 6, the sequence part is moved to the downstream side of the supply path 48, and the sample material S is supplied to a subject or the like. Also, the pressurized water W is supplied from a first pressurized water path 3 to the sequence forming path 45 and is sucked and discharged by a vacuum means 5 to clean the sequence forming path 45.
