<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exhibit large wave-canceling effect even when the wave-canceling structure body is inserted from a tank opening part of a fuel tank, to eliminate requirement of shape deformation of the fuel tank itself, and easily perform adjustment of the wave-canceling effect. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The wave-canceling structure body 50 for the fuel tank is arranged in the fuel tank 10 and suppresses noise and impact generated when the fuel is rocked. The wave-canceling structure body 50 has a folding structure comprising at least two layers of plate parts 54, 54, and is constituted such that the plate parts (deployment piece) 54, 54 can be diameter-enlarged than a diameter of the tank opening part 15 of the fuel tank 10 at deployment.
