PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form and provide a ring type hash circle wherein, if any one of the hash values is known, every hash value can be verified. SOLUTION: The ring type hash circle is formed by connecting a plurality of one-way function units having the input length l and the output length m. The one-way function unit selects the initial input within the range of the output length m, and matches the output value obtained by calculating the one-way function with the initial input several times.
