<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication control terminal which precludes the operation of a car navigation device in driving by a driver, but allows the operation from a front passenger seat, and precludes an erroneous operation by a remote control by a baby or pet in a general domestic electric appliance operated by a remote control device; and to provide a method of controlling communication. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The communication control terminal 1 includes an operation part 2, a detection part 3 and an attitude determination part 4. The attitude determination part 4 includes a vibration analysis part 5, an executability determination part 6 and a continuous operation determination part 7. The attitude determination part 2 determines whether an instruction of the operation is received or not based on a state of an attitude change 301 in relation to an input instruction 201, and outputs information necessary for communication or display to a control object side, or a control signal 401 for various audio devices.
