PURPOSE: An aquatic plant remover is provided to accurately eliminate the aquatic plant in a desired clearance region and to prevent the aquatic plant from being eliminated in unnecessary region. CONSTITUTION: An aquatic plant remover comprises: an inverted triangle baseboard(10); upper and lower panels(4,6) which are equipped with a connection road part extended to a tail end corner part of the inverted triangle; a hinge(8) interlinking the front side of the upper and lower panel; right and left cutter blades(14,16) which are fixed to right and left hypotenuse of the upper and lower panel; a rope connecting part(18) which is included in the far back end of the connection road part; An angle of the right and left hypotenuse of the upper and lower panel is 30°~ 60°.
