METHOD FOR MOLDING TIRE COMPOSITE MEMBER AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING PNEUMATIC TIRE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for molding tire composite member which can easily mold the tire composite member in which unvulcanized rubber layers are piled up on both sides of an inner liner layer made of a film of a thermoplastic resin or a thermoplastic elastomer composition and a method for producing a pneumatic tire. SOLUTION: In the method for molding the tire composite member 1, the unvulcanized rubber layers 3 and 4 are piled up on both inner and outer sides of the cylindrical inner liner layer 2 made of the film of the thermoplastic resin or the thermoplastic elastomer composition in which an elastomer is blended in a thermoplastic resin. After a cylindrical semi-composite 10 is formed by piling up the first unvulcanized rubber layer 3 on the outer surface 2A of the inner liner layer 2, by moving the semi-composite 10 while it is turned back from the side of one end in the width direction through a roller 11, the semi-composite 10 is turned over. The second unvulcanized rubber layer 4 is piled up on the outer surface 10'X of the turned-over semi-composite 10' to mold the tire composite member 1. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
