摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillating gear device having high transmission efficiency and restricted in vibration and noise, and to provide a transmission ratio variable mechanism and a vehicular steering device. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The transmission ratio variable mechanism 5 includes: an input member 20 and an output member 22 respectively having the center axis thereof on a first axis A and capable of rotating around the first axis A: and an inner ring 391 connecting the input member 20 and the output member 22 to each other so as to allow differential rotation of the input member 20 and the output member 22. The inner ring 391 has the center axis thereof on a second axis B inclined relative to the first axis A and can be rotated around the second axis B. The center of gravity G1 of the inner ring 391 is arranged on the first axis A. The input member 20 and the inner ring 391 are connected to each other through a first magnetic engagement mechanism 64 to transmit the torque without a contact.
