<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical waste treatment method capable of treating medical waste safely and efficiently by using a simple device. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Accordingly to the medical waste treatment method, used medical clothes are put in a treatment tank. In the treatment tank, after the used clothes are soaked in hot water whose temperature is raised higher than the human body temperature and a water soluble material is dissolved, chlorinate disinfectant is supplied, neutralizer to the chlorinate disinfectant is supplied to neutralize the water, and the liquid in the treatment tank is discharged into the river, a sewer, or a septic tank from the treatment tank.
