TELEPHONE TRANSFER DEVICE, AND TELEPHONE TRANSFER METHOD

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telephone transfer device which transfers a telephone to a terminal device connected to telephone network from a terminal device connected to IP network or telephone network, and to provide a telephone transfer method. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The telephone transfer device includes: an IP network connection section for transmitting/receiving an IP packet between a data terminal connected to IP network and itself; a calling control section for identifying calling information included in the IP packet that is received by the IP network connection section and outputting a calling control signal; a telephone number extraction section for extracting telephone number information that is related with the calling information identified by the calling control section and is included in the IP packet received by the IP network connection section and for converting the telephone number information into a telephone number signal; and a telephone subscriber line connection section which is connected with a telephone subscriber line so as to convert the calling control signal from the calling control section to a calling signal and transmit it to the telephone subscriber line and to transmit the telephone number signal from the telephone number extraction section to the telephone subscriber line.
