<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a band clip in which one type of a band clip can be fixed to panels with different thicknesses and besides is certainly fixed to the panels with different thicknesses. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The band clip includes a band portion (1), legs (4, 5) penetrating a panel (20), a claw (6) which is provided in the vicinity of an end on a side separated from the band portion (1) of the leg (5) and can be housed in an inside of a radial direction of the leg (5) and further is energized so as to protrude outside the radial direction, and a pressing portion (3) which is provided in the vicinity of a coupled portion of the band (1) and leg (4) to energize the band portion (1) so that the band portion (1) separates from the panel (20). Besides, the legs (4, 5) are separated into a portion (4) on a side where the legs are coupled to the band portion (1) and a portion (5) where the claw (6) is provided.
